Key Responsibilities Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service Lead, supervise, and motivate care staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care Oversee care planning, ensuring tailored support for residents, including those with dementia Manage medication processes in line with regulatory standards Ensure compliance with CQC, safeguarding, and health & safety requirements Deliver staff training and support ongoing professional development Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies Assist with staffing, rotas, recruitment, and performance management ?? Requirements Proven experience in a nursing home or assisted living setting Previous supervisory or management experience in care Strong knowledge of dementia and elderly care Experience with care planning and medication administration Excellent leadership and organisational skills Compassionate, patient-focused approach ??
