Your mission, converting inbound opportunities where you will be helping Brands find the perfect spaces to bring their ideas to life. The role is hugely varied where you will support huge names like Apple, Spotify, Adidas, and Netflix as well as exciting emerging Brands. About the Role: As an Inbound Sales Consultant, you’ll handle exciting inbound inquiries and take ownership of client relationships. Your mission is to transform ideas into reality by matching brands with the perfect spaces. What You’ll Be Doing: •Responding to and managing inbound brand inquiries. •Conducting in-depth discovery calls to understand clients’ goals and vision. •Delivering three tailored space recommendations per inquiry with a target of a 1/3 close rate. •Managing relationships between brands and landlords from start to finish. •Becoming an expert on London’s retail landscape and neighbourhoods. •Hitting ambitious targets and KPIs.
