It’s driven by Operations Managers who bring teams together to excel in safety, quality, and productivity across our sites. In this role, you’ll lead other managers and create operational plans to help your teams meet targets. The goal is to drive operational excellence and shape the future of Amazon.

Your role involves managing daily operations, innovating processes, and contributing to site improvements. Your daily routine includes meetings, performance analysis, planning for demand fluctuations, and coaching your team to develop their leadership skills.
About the Team
Customer Fulfillment (CF) is where Amazon began. From a small team of booksellers, it has grown into a global operation handling over 1.5 million orders daily. CF is essential to our business, enabling us to diversify and expand into new regions and services. Using emerging technology, we continually enhance our product range and delivery speed.
The CF team is the first point in the delivery chain, based in Fulfillment Centres at the core of Amazon’s fast-paced operations network. These centres manage inventory and facilitate quick deliveries around the clock. Our team includes a diverse range of roles, from physical product handling to data analysis, supporting smarter decision-making across the business.
