With the London Building Surveying team currently three strong, this is an excellent opportunity for a client-facing Senior Building Surveyor to play a key role in the next phase of growth. The Role Working alongside the Building Surveying lead, you will deliver a range of commercial property-based building surveying services, including: Contract Administration Project Delivery & Refurbishment Dilapidations (Landlord & Tenant) Technical Due Diligence Building Surveys Specification Writing You’ll work with a diverse and varied client base including leading financial institutions, developers, investors, asset managers and commercial landlords.
