At Radius, we have been undergoing a major initiative to implement and enhance Salesforce across the global business. We are now seeking a motivated, experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our multi-discipline inhouse Salesforce team. Reporting to our Head of Platform - Salesforce, this role would be ideal for a Salesforce Administrator who is tenacious in understanding business processes, exploring data within Salesforce, understanding business objectives and driving tool adoption and process improvements. You will own projects and provide general support to the business. You will need to be confident at working with stakeholders, both to understand requirements and drive improvements. This role is based from our head office environment in Crewe, Cheshire, but we will consider applications that could be permanently based in other key Radius UK locations. Your Responsibilities Day To Day Will Be… All aspects of Salesforce system administration Consulting on best practice solution design Running projects assigned to you Working in multi-discipline teams Developing relationships with internal stakeholders Qualifications We're looking for you to bring proven, recent, commercial experience in a Salesforce Administrator role.
