Overview
This fixed term position is until 31 August 2026. The post-holder will support the University’s Examinations Office in delivering examination arrangements across both campuses and providing a high-quality student experience. Invigilators will assist the Chief Invigilator in distributing question papers, supervising examinations and collecting and recording details of completed scripts at the end of each examination. The role suits applicants who are highly organised, have good communications skills (verbal and written) and understand the importance of examination processes. The post-holder will be required to work across University sites as required and be available during the main examination periods.
For the 2025/2026 academic year the examination periods are: Monday 5 January to Friday 23 January 2026 and Monday 11 May to Friday 5 June 2026.

Welsh Language Skills
