Our client is an independent, family-owned business with over three decades experience in international wealth structuring and administration seeking to recruit a Senior Fund Accountant, Guernsey.
Overall purpose of the role:
The Senior Fund Accountant acts as a key point of contact for a portfolio of active Venture Capital funds under the direction of a manager. The Senior Fund Accountant will be expected to provide accurate, well-presented client deliverables (including accounts and quarterly/monthly reporting) within the agreed deadlines in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Fund and company as well as supporting the wider fund team.
The successful candidate will be:
•Holding or be studying towards a recognised professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA and/or a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in finance
•Ability to understand and interpret fund documentation, GFSC regulations, including the Protection of Investors law and anti-money laundering regulations.
