This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is data-driven, creative, and has a strong understanding of the digital marketing industry. About You : Bachelors degree in marketing, business of a related field 3-5 Years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and strategies Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, tools, and analytics Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Excellent written and oral communication skills Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies Critical to be self-sufficient, enthusiastic, and focused on deliver. What You'll Be Doing : Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve company objectives Utilise digital marketing techniques such as SEO, SEM, PPC and social media to drive website traffic and conversions Manage and create creative and engaging content across various channels to increase brand awareness and engagement Collaborate with our in-house Creative Lead to produce high-quality visuals and improve user experience on the website Monitor and analyse marketing data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions Manage and track ROI, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and implement them into our marketing strategies Organising promotional events such as trade shows and ensuring the prompt delivery of materials and products by coordinating with colleagues Where You'll Be Based: This Marketing Manager role can be worked fully remote; their head office is based in Central York and there might be rare occasions when travel is necessary for strategic and company-wide sessions.
