About the Role
Robertson Bell is supporting this client in recruiting an Interim Finance Assistant in Manchester on a hybrid basis, for an initial three-month contract with the potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities
1. Processing and posting cash, including allocation into the accounts.
2. Coding and matching invoices to purchase orders.
3. Raising and inputting invoices, correcting any inaccuracies, and following up for approvals.
4. Supporting the processing of timesheets for payroll by entering data into the system.
Candidate Requirements
1. Experience in a similar role or recent completion of an Accounting and Finance qualification.
2. Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and basic formulas.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
