Blue Arrow is currently recruiting for a Cafe Sous Chef to join a well established Cafe based in the heart of Swansea City Centre.
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £14-£15 per hour depending on experience (£33,150 p.a.)
Hours of work: Full time: 42.5 hours per week. Tuesday to Saturday 7am-4pm shifts. Sunday and Mondays closed.
Role Responsibilities
* Support the head & Sous chef in the kitchen, delivering the very best standards of customer service and food service.
* Ensure all food hygiene regulations are adhered to and exceeded.
* Plate up meals, ensuring presentation is of a high standard.
* Keep kitchen and back areas clean, tidy and a safe working environment at all times.
* Work well in a team with attention to detail.
Experience / Skills Required
* Cooking: minimum 1 year experience.
* Food and Hygiene certificate Level 2.
* Previous kitchen experience.
* Ability to work at speed without compromising quality.
* Capability to cook a wide menu range of home cooked food.
