We’re looking for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly and nurturing setting in Bishop’s Stortford. This is a full-time, permanent role working 5 days a week, with varying shift hours to suit the needs of the nursery.

Key Responsibilities
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0–5
Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
Foster a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Observe and assess children’s progress and plan appropriate activities
Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe and organised setting
Work as part of a team to deliver a consistent and caring environment
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
Paediatric First Aid certificate (required)
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
A genuine passion for working with young children
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt to different age groups and routines
Start Date
This position is available immediately, but we’re happy to be flexible for the right candidate.
