Role: Indirect Procurement Manager (HR & Professional Services)

Location: Hybrid Birmingham (2 days p/w on site)
Are you an Indirect Procurement Manager with experience in business partnering and delivering complex end-to-end sourcing projects across the HR & Professional Services category?
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop a Greenfield Procurement function alongside a newly appointed Head of Procurement for a PE-backed firm.
Role:
Key to your success will be developing key stakeholder relationships with HR, Finance, and Operations, positioning Procurement as a "value-add" business partner. You will drive commercial value across a broad range of business-critical Indirect Procurement projects, supporting the organisation's ambitious growth plan.
You will need to:
* Be commercially astute, financially literate, and legally competent to negotiate contracts
* Have strong influencing skills and leadership, with the gravitas to negotiate credibly with suppliers and engage with the executive management team
* Be results-driven with a track record of achievement and adaptable in adversity
Experience:
* HR & Professional Services Procurement & Category Management experience
* Skills to influence and drive effective change in a fast-paced environment
* Self-motivation, tenacity, and a focus on delivery
* Gravitas and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
* Degree or CIPS qualification
