We are seeking a support adult to work with individuals with various needs, including learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health. The successful candidate will provide high-quality support tailored to each person's needs, empowering them to live fulfilled lives.
Responsibilities:
* Support adults with different needs to flourish in their homes
* Provide practical support, including managing medication, shopping, health needs, and hygiene
* Engage in activities such as cooking, art, and listening to music, and participate in movie nights and food outings
* Follow procedures to ensure consistent, safe, and reliable care and support
Essential Requirements:
* Good general education
* Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and a passion to make a difference
* Commitment to the aims and objectives of the home and of Ivolve
* Satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable)
* Commitment to undertake training and development
Desirable Requirements:
* RQF Level 2 or above in social care
* Previous experience within a social care setting
* Knowledge and commitment regarding Equal Opportunities
* Knowledge of regulatory frameworks
* Confident IT user
