The Best Connection Tamworth are currently recruiting for Nights Transport Coordinators on behalf of our well-established client based in Tamworth.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, fast-paced transport office, providing key operational and customer service support to drivers and clients across the UK.

The Role:
* Providing a consistently high level of customer service to all clients
* Responding promptly and professionally to customer and driver requests
* Allocating jobs and plan driver schedules to meet agreed SLAs
* Maintaining continuous communication between drivers and customers throughout the delivery process
* Costing and pricing jobs accurately for both customer and driver
* Handling live customer issues or complaints in a professional manner
* Ensuring full awareness of real-time driver and vehicle availability
* Working collaboratively with the transport team to maximise efficiency and profitability

* 4 on 4 off
* Nights - 19:00-07:00 or 21:00-09:00

What We're Looking For:
* Previous transport office or planning experience preferred
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office and transport systems
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
* Professional approach with strong customer focus
