Band 5 Physiotherapist – South Warwickshire Foundation Trust
We have an opportunity for two 6‑month fixed‑term Band 5 physiotherapists to join the team between May 2026 and November 2026. These positions will most likely be situated within the MSK physiotherapy teams. Due to the timescale required, applications will only be progressed from applicants currently registered with the HCPC and ready to practice.
South Warwickshire Foundation Trust offers the opportunity to develop clinical, leadership and professional knowledge, skills and behaviours through support and supervision from senior staff.
Key responsibilities:
* Participate in physiotherapy weekend and bank holiday services, and overnight on‑call.
* Provide a high standard physiotherapy service to patients within in‑patient and out‑patient specialities.
* Participate in the Band 5 physiotherapy rotational scheme, working across the trust in both acute and community settings.
* Work as an accountable practitioner, holding responsibility for own caseload and working within codes of practice and professional guidelines. Work is managed rather than supervised.
* Keep accurate records of patient contact using written records and electronic data capture.

* Registered with the HCPC and ready to practice.
