Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our team at RALLIANT. Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Leader. A Process Engineer plays a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing industrial processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. Here is the core responsibilities typically associated with this role: Process Design & Development Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Design workflows, equipment layouts, and process flow diagrams (PFDs). Data Analysis & Process Optimization Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Use statistical tools (e.g., Six Sigma, SPC) to drive process improvements. Equipment Selection & Maintenance Specify and select appropriate machinery and tools. Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and uptime. Quality Control & Compliance Ensure processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs). Project Management Lead or support projects related to process upgrades, new product introductions, or facility expansions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and quality assurance. Safety & Environmental Compliance Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability goals. Documentation & Reporting Maintain detailed records of process changes, test results, and performance metrics. Prepare technical reports and present findings to stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, quality, and production teams to lead continuous improvement initiatives and uphold safety and regulatory compliance across all operations. Your Impact & Key Responsibilities: A Process Engineer plays a strategic role in enhancing operational efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness. Quality Assurance: Ensuring consistent product quality through robust process control. Safety & Compliance: Designing processes that meet safety and environmental standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration). Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field. Strong understanding of supply chain processes, cost management, and regulatory compliance. Experience with dual sourcing and cost competitiveness strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in a relevant field. Experience in transitioning product designs from development to mass production.
