Job Title: Head Chef
Leading by example, you will be hands-on in the kitchen, managing your time to ensure all health & safety, food safety checks, and admin are actioned. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and delivery of food leaving the kitchen pass is to spec, to a very high standard, and presentable.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
2. Experience in a hotel environment or in a busy, high-volume operation
3. Conference, banqueting & events catering experience (ideal)
4. Quality & standards driven with a keen eye for detail
5. People management experience
6. Strong knowledge of GP, stock control, costs, and wastage
