£86,138 - £99,537 (dependent on experience) + excellent benefits.

Responsibilities
Lead the Hilden Park School, setting the vision for the future and ensuring the right people and plans are in place so that students leave proud of their achievements.
Work with children and young people with complex educational, social, emotional, behavioural and communication needs.
Support the broader management team and specialists, ensuring well‑resourced environments and the sharing of best practice.
Innovate and continue professional development with support from the Regional Director and specialist teams.
Build strong partnerships with pupils, staff and the wider community.
Qualifications
Previous teaching experience and Qualified Teacher Status.
Minimum of 3 years in a Deputy Head Teacher role or a similar position.
