Job Title: Implementation Consultant - Budgeting software
Salary: Up to £38,000

Role Description:
As a Lead Implementation Consultant, you will bridge our software solutions with client needs, demonstrating confidence in explaining academy finances. Your role involves coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure successful software integration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deep understanding of multi-academy trust accounting principles and funding streams.
* Ability to explain financial concepts clearly to clients and teams.
* Develop and lead detailed project plans for software implementation.
* Manage implementation projects from start to finish.
* Review and align treatments within schools using IMP’s methodology and client needs.
* Ensure accurate budget data construction and legacy data migration.
* Serve as primary contact for clients during implementation, ensuring clear communication of requirements.
Skills and Experience:
* Experience in school finance, such as school admin or finance officer roles.
* Excellent communication skills, especially in explaining financial concepts.
* Advanced Excel skills; an Excel test will be part of the interview.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
* Financial systems experience is desirable.
