Position: Director of Energy Solutions | Conventional and Renewable Power - North America

Purpose
The role involves creating differentiated solutions for customers, developing business strategies, and fostering relationships to support growth in the North American market, focusing on conventional and renewable power sectors.
Responsibilities
* Drive strategic growth of the power business unit.
* Lead multidisciplinary teams.
* Develop proposals and strategies to win new business.
* Build and maintain customer relationships and market reputation.
* Develop pricing strategies and lead proposal reviews.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
* Communicate Worley's capabilities effectively to clients.
* Support contract negotiations and recommend new services and markets.
* Represent Worley at industry conferences.
* Manage accounts and opportunities using Salesforce.
* Achieve sales and financial targets.
* Stay informed on industry trends and technologies.
* Communicate effectively with clients and management.
* Develop pursuit plans and align with company values.
* Collaborate across teams and promote innovative, sustainable solutions.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in engineering; MBA preferred.
* Experience in power project execution and operations.
* At least 10 years in the power sector, with 5+ in leadership.
* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a dynamic environment.
* Willingness to travel across North America.
* Established client network and relationship-building skills.
