Role Overview

About You
Our Optical Managers oversee and manage the entire operation, including managing Optometrists and Optical assistants, ensuring compliance, reviewing sales and targets, and handling customer queries. You will be responsible for clinic management and shop floor processes, ensuring the department is well-equipped. Working closely with an Optometrist, you'll coach and develop your team. Organisation and time management are essential.
You should be:
* A fully qualified dispensing optician registered with the GOC
* On track to meet CPD points requirements
* Confident in coaching others
* Committed to providing excellent customer and patient care
* Driven and ambitious to meet department targets
* Experienced in leadership within a fast-paced optics environment
