The Trainer is responsible for coordinating and executing training for all process paths in the Fulfillment Center. They evaluate and refine processes and techniques to improve learning effectiveness and production across departments. The Trainer supports the development and success of training plans and addresses the needs of the Fulfillment Center workforce.

Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise Process Assistants and Ops Ambassadors, especially new hires.
2. Deliver instructor-led training, conduct observations, and coach to meet INFC standards.
3. Maintain accurate training records via the console.
4. Ensure training materials are current and delivered effectively, providing a positive learning experience.
5. Use and analyze data daily to enhance the new hire learning experience.
6. Complete all tests and audits, tracking responses.
7. Organize instructor assignments and monitor cross-training to support peak skill requirements.
8. Collaborate with operations on a skill matrix to identify critical training gaps.
9. Support the delivery of critical role training.
10. Gather feedback and analyze data to improve processes.
11. Attend meetings and provide necessary information.
12. Partner with site PxT to improve new hire performance.
13. Contribute to IN/Zonal level projects with feedback and improvements.

* Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours, and perform physical tasks like pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
* Work 40 hours/week with overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 1 year of Amazon Amnesty Floor Monitoring experience.
