We are currently recruiting Physiotherapists who wish to join our rotational scheme of core and specialised rotations which occur in our three main sites (Stoke Mandeville - Aylesbury, High Wycombe and Amersham).
They are 4-Month Rotations -Musculoskeletal / Neurology /Orthopaedics (Trauma and Elective) / Burns and Plastics/ Respiratory / Spinal Injuries (Acute and Rehab)/Community
To participate in on-call and emergency duties and sevenday working as a lone practitioner within the Trust
Main duties of the job
To assess, plan interventions and the service delivery of your own patient caseload and document in associated records within a clinical area, under the supervision/guidance of Senior Physiotherapists.To participate in continuing professional and service development, and contribute to organisational objectives.

Education & Qualifications
* Current registration with Health Professions Council
* Diploma /Degree in Physiotherapy
* MCSP Membership
Experience
* Work experience within the NHS
* Ability to work and interact effectively within an interdisciplinary team
* Comprehensive Student placements ( covering - Ortho, Neuro, Resp, MSK,)
* Establish and maintain CPD Portfolio
* Knowledge and application of evidence based practice and clinical reasoning
* Comprehensive Student placements ( covering - Ortho, Neuro, Resp, Musculoskeletal,)
* Participation in audit and research activities
Special Circumstances
* Car driver / owner able to travel to other locations within the trust using own vehicle
* Self motivated
* Physical ability and endurance to work in the physical environment of the clinical area of all rotations within this post
* Ability to participate in on call / weekend working rota
Skills & Knowledge
* Clear, concise verbal and written communication to ensure liaison with multi disciplinary team, patients and carers to ensure records and reports are accurate and in legible manner (in English)
* Ability to integrate, participate and contribute as an effective member of a team
* Ability to prioritise tasks and functions against well reasoned standards
* Ability to plan, manage and organise required tasks within available resources (including time)
* Use of and/or knowledge of POMR (Problem orientated medical records) record keeping
* Knowledge of Current related legislation ( H&S, Data P. Act, etc)
