Hours: Average of 38 hours per week, mixture of days and nights.

About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Soft Services Supervisor to oversee the daily delivery of high‑quality soft services across our site. This role is responsible for supervising teams involved in cleaning, and security, to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high service standards while supporting and motivating a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily soft services operations including cleaning, waste management, and other support functions.
* Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of soft services staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
* Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards are maintained.
* Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
* Monitor stock levels of cleaning materials and consumables and place orders when required.
* Handle service issues or complaints promptly and implement corrective actions where necessary.
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Requirements
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Good knowledge of cleaning standards, health & safety, and COSHH regulations.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in basic IT systems.
* Flexible approach to working hours if required.
* Door Supervisor Licence.
* First Aid or Health & Safety certification.
Desirable
* Relevant facilities management or cleaning industry qualification.
* Previous experience in a soft service’s supervisory role within facilities management, hospitality, healthcare, or a similar environment.
* Experience managing large teams or multi-service environments.
* CCTV Licence.
