The Fish Society is a leader in premium e-commerce, and we are looking for a future leader to join us at the ground floor. This isn't a traditional "graduate scheme" where you are a small cog in a big machine. This is a high-speed immersion into the world of modern retail, digital systems, and product innovation.
We need a graduate with a sharp mind and a bias for action—someone who wants to understand how a high-growth business operates, from the digital storefront to the final delivery.
The Experience: 360° Business Exposure
You will work directly with the CEO and senior team, gaining hands-on experience in the pillars that drive our success:
* Digital E-Commerce & Systems: Master the "engine room" of the business. You'll gain deep exposure to our e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and the data that drives our growth.
* New Product Development (NPD): From concept to kitchen. You will assist in sourcing, testing, and launching new products, understanding the fine balance between quality, margin, and customer demand.
* Operational Architecture: You won't just follow processes; you'll help build them. You will learn how we manage high-end logistics and supply chains, identifying ways to make us faster and leaner.
* Commercial Strategy: You will sit at the table for high-level decision-making, learning how to analyse a P&L and pivot strategy in a fast-moving market.

We are hiring for the long term. For a graduate who proves their grit and intelligence, the path from Trainee to Senior Leadership is wide open. You will be mentored directly by the CEO with the goal of eventually taking on a share of the business's leadership.
