🔍 About the Role
Join our dynamic Adult Safeguarding Team to protect and support vulnerable adults 🧓👨🦼. You'll lead complex safeguarding cases, support social work staff, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care 🫱🏽🫲🏾.
💡 What You'll Do
1. 🛡️ Lead on Section 42 Safeguarding Enquiries
2. 📜 Apply key legislation: Care Act, MCA, DoLS, Mental Health Act
3. 🧠 Complete capacity & best interest assessments
4. 🧑🏫 Supervise and mentor staff
5. 🏠 Work with families, carers, and multi-agency partners
