Head of Digital Transformation | Charity Sector | London
A well-established charity has just secured a transformational multi-million-pound donation and needs a digital leader to help them spend it wisely. Right now, digital isn't part of their DNA - no strategy, no platform, minimal infrastructure. Your job is to define and build it all from scratch.
The Role:
* Define and own the digital strategy (currently non-existent)
* Build out content/streaming platform capabilities
* Lead major CRM transformation to support growth ambitions
* Explore AI and emerging tech where it adds real value
* Work directly with senior leadership to shape digital priorities
* Eventually build and lead a small digital team
What We Need:
* 2-3+ digital transformation projects under your belt
* Strong commercial/private sector background (ideally healthtech, edtech, or similar)
* Proven CRM and digital infrastructure experience
* Can build business cases and secure stakeholder buy-in
* Comfortable creating strategy in ambiguous environments
* Public sector/charity experience helpful but not essential
