This is a full time permanent position working with a family run business in the construction sector. Working hours cover Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm with no weekends. Salary basic ranges from £25-£30k depending on experience. Job duties include: Research, interpret and maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and national regulations. Serve as the primary point of contact between project teams, contractors, and local authorities Ensure a coordinated approach that minimises disruption. Maintain accurate records of all applications, permits, and correspondence. Investigate and resolve issues, complaints, and conflicts related to permit applications or works. In some contexts, issue, and monitor "permit-to-work" documents to ensure safety regulations and equipment use are followed, especially for hazardous tasks.
