Cluster Sales Manager –Luxury Fitness Clubs - Circa £50,000 + commission/bonus

We are looking for a Cluster Sales Manager to oversee sales strategy and sales performance for two luxury health and fitness clubs in Central London.
Reporting into the MD, this is an outstanding opportunity for a proven hands-on sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and wants to play a key role in the continued growth of a premium fitness brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the sales strategy across residential memberships and corporate accounts for both clubs.
* Lead, coach and performance manage a team of Sales Consultants, driving a high-performance sales culture.
* Build and manage a strong pipeline of corporate wellness partnerships and external business opportunities.
* Track, analyse and report on key sales KPIs including conversion rates, revenue performance and retention metrics.
* Work closely with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure a seamless lead generation and member onboarding journey.
* Identify new revenue opportunities through partnerships, events, premium services and upselling initiatives.
The ideal candidate
* Polished well-presented individual with outstanding communication and negotiating skills.
* Minimum 5 years’ proven membership sales experience within a premium fitness, leisure, hospitality or private member club environment.
* Strong experience leading, motivating and developing high-performing sales teams as a sales manager, membership manager or club manager.
* Experience proactively targeting residential and corporate markets.
* Commercially astute with confidence analysing sales data, forecasts and performance metrics
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both corporate clients and individual members
* CRM proficient, ideally with experience using HubSpot or similar sales management platforms.
* Live within easy commute of Central London
