An award-winning housebuilder is seeking a talented Sales Consultant to join their expanding team in Hertfordshire. This well-established developer has built a reputation for delivering quality homes and is experiencing significant growth, with multiple new developments planned across the region including upcoming sites in Hitchin and throughout Bedfordshire.

Key responsibilities
* Convert enquiries into sales appointments and viewings
* Conduct property viewings and presentations to prospective buyers
* Build rapport with customers throughout the sales journey

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Collaborate with site teams to ensure smooth customer experience
Requirements
* Previous property sales experience essential
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets
* Ability to work effectively under pressure
* Professional appearance and manner
* Full UK driving licence
* Flexibility to work weekends (with regular time off)
