Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support across departments to ensure seamless day-to-day operations Act as a first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, delivering a professional and friendly service at all times Manage emails, correspondence, calendars, and scheduling of appointments and meetings Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems (digital and physical) Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as required Support customer service efforts by responding promptly to enquiries and resolving issues efficiently Liaise with suppliers, clients, and team members to ensure consistent communication and timely follow-up Contribute to process improvements and help implement more efficient administrative practices About You Exceptionally organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and comfortable with other administrative software A team player who is also confident working independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role is highly desirable Please send your CV to the relevant email address to find out more
