This role is subject to: 2 References (3 years history); Casual Car Documentation (requirement for occasional car journeys, valid driving licence, own vehicle); Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a construction, procurement or sustainability discipline.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the framework call‑off process.
* Quality check procurement documents and ensure delivery of quality, customer‑focused services within performance and quality targets.
* Manage and advise on frameworks and the tendering process.
* Engage with internal and external clients across the Northwest region to achieve value for money and positive economic and environmental impact through framework management processes.
Candidate
* Excellent communication, financial and commissioning skills.
* Strong people‑management, planning, organising and problem‑solving ability.
* Experience in the construction industry and interest in framework/procurement management and stakeholder engagement.
* Knowledge of sustainability, carbon reduction and bio‑diversity agendas and processes.
* Demonstrable procurement management work experience and degree qualification (or equivalent).
* Commercial, numerate and analytical mindset, able to translate raw data into useful information.
* Awareness of the Government Construction Strategy 2025, Social Value Act 2021 and Regional Social Value Policy.
