Overview
As an Information Analyst in Policy, Insight & Performance, you will turn complex data into clear insight that directly improves outcomes and supports evidence‑based decision making across the services we work with.
Responsibilities
* Creating reports using business intelligence tools such as SQL and Power BI to deliver insight.
* Compiling data and evidence for statutory requirements, inspections and freedom of information requests.
* Providing clear analysis to aid decision‑making.
* Working to improve data quality standards and responsibilities.
Qualifications
* Experience using IT systems and tools relevant to data and information work.
* Understanding of our business, service planning and how data supports decision making.
* Ability to analyse information, draw conclusions and present findings clearly.
* Strong communication skills, including explaining complex information in a clear and accessible way.
* Ability to plan and organise workload to meet deadlines and service priorities.
* Collaboration skills and ability to build effective working relationships.
