Letting Negotiator role at Home Made. Salary: OTE £50,000+. Working Hours: full-time, five days per week, shifts within Monday–Saturday, 8:00am–8:00pm. Location: Southwark/Waterloo office with daily travel across London (public transport; driving license not required).

About the role: you will deliver outstanding service to landlords and tenants and help drive successful property viewings and leasing outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants and ensure smooth execution of scheduled events.
* Viewings: Attend property viewings, engage with prospective renters, and close deals to exceed targets.
* Communication: Provide timely updates to all parties regarding viewings and appointments.
* Proactive Engagement: Identify opportunities to increase successful viewings and conversions.
* Data Management: Maintain accurate records and regularly update the CRM system.
* Problem Solving: Quickly resolve issues that arise during viewing and leasing processes.
