A highly respected regional law firm, known for its strong reputation in clinical negligence, is looking to recruit an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor (Grade B or equivalent) to join its growing and well-accredited team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 5 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) who is seeking a new challenge within a supportive, progressive environment that prioritises both client service and staff development. You’ll be joining a team that includes APIL, AvMA and Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel-accredited specialists and will take responsibility for your own caseload of clinical negligence matters. About the Role: You will manage a varied clinical negligence caseload from initial instruction through to resolution, including litigation where appropriate. The role also involves providing support to junior colleagues and contributing to the overall success of the department.
