An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, for a data driven Head of Sales / Sales Director in Cardiff – for a cutting edge and innovative technology company.
DESCRIPTION:
You will take full responsibility for executing the company sales plan and meeting revenue targets across the range of company products.
Duties will include:
* Drive revenue growth by planning, forecasting, and executing strategies to secure new business and customer sales, focusing on acquiring net-new clients.
* Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve results.
* Create a high-performance culture, motivating and engaging team members to enhance overall performance.
* Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales and make data-driven decisions.
* Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective use of resources to maximise opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure long-term business success.
* Analyse competitive offerings and market needs to develop strategies for success and stay ahead of industry trends.
* Create and present detailed sales forecasts and reporting to the executive team.
