The Role:
* Operate timber production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
* Assemble, finish, and quality-check timber and pallet products to customer specifications.
* Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting, sorting, and stacking.
* Support routine maintenance and report equipment issues promptly.
* Work to production schedules and output targets, meeting deadlines without compromising safety or quality.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in line with company policies.
* Contribute to a positive team culture by supporting colleagues and supervisors as required
The Person:
1. Previous experience in a manufacturing, timber, or warehouse environment is desirable but not essential full training provided.
2. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
3. Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
