* Qualified Drivers: £16.03hr increasing to £17.07 after 12 months service.
* Trainee Drivers: £14.55/hr during 8-9 week training period rising to £16.03 upon completion, then increasing to £17.07 after 12 months service.

This will be a mixture of:
* Working any 4 shifts out of 7 with any 3 days off
* working any 5 shifts out of 7 with any 2 days off
Who We're Looking For:
* Full UK Driving Licence: Held for at least 24 months.
* People Skills: Friendly, reliable, and service-oriented
* Flexible Schedule: Willing to work a range of shifts from days to nights.
* Safety Commitment: willingness to undergo BPSS and obtain a DBS certificate.
