What you'll be doing:
You'll take full operational ownership of the hotel's restaurants and bars, making sure guests enjoy first-class experiences while hitting business targets. Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing the day-to-day running of bars and dining operations
Leading, training, and developing the team with a hands-on approach
Managing staffing rotas and maintaining budgetary control
Handling stock control and supplier ordering
Being the face of the hospitality operation - ensuring every guest leaves impressed
Supporting and delivering hotel events, weddings and conferences

Experience working in country house hotels or similar high-end hotel environments
