Commercial Finance Manager | PE-Backed B2B SaaS | High-Growth | London


I am exclusively partnering with an exceptionally high-growth, PE-backed B2B SaaS business that has just closed a significant investment round. As they enter their next scaling phase, they are looking for a sharp, commercially minded Commercial Finance Manager to sit at the absolute heart of the business.


This isn't a traditional back-office role. You will be a true co-pilot to the revenue and leadership teams, directly shaping how the business understands, models, and drives ARR growth.


What you’ll be doing:

* Commercial Business Partnering: Act as the finance bridge for revenue leaders, challenging and supporting them on commercial decision-making and forecasting.
* SaaS Metric Ownership: Own company-wide KPI reporting, driving deep insights into core SaaS metrics (ARR, Net Revenue Retention, LTV/CAC, Churn).
* Investor & Board Readiness: Contribute directly to board packs, investor reporting, and high-level management information.
* Strategic Planning: Coordinate the periodic forecast cycle, rolling forecasts, and the long-term annual business planning process.
* Corporate Development Support: Evaluate high-impact strategic projects, including market-entry feasibility and potential M&A/acquisition opportunities.
* Agile Analysis: Deliver rapid, ad-hoc commercial analysis in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where your insights directly influence the data-driven strategy.


What we’re looking for:

* The Experience: 3–5 years of post-qualification finance experience, with at least 1+ years in a dedicated commercial finance or FP&A role.
* The Route: If you are Top 4 / Practice-trained, this will ideally be your second move into the industry rather than your first.
* The Domain: Prior experience in a B2B SaaS, tech, or recurring revenue environment is highly advantageous.
* The Credentials: Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
* The Toolkit: Advanced Excel/modeling skills. Exposure to PowerBI, Salesforce, or Pigment/Anaplan is a massive bonus, but not a dealbreaker.
