Automotive Aftersales Advisor required near Market Harborough
up to £32,000 basic salary
Monday to Friday – no weekends
Our client, an expanding and progressive Automotive Independent Service Centre is now recruiting for an experienced and customer-focused Aftersales Advisor.
The business is looking to recruit someone with specific skills and ambitions to move into management in the future. You will be trained across all aspects od the department and learn from an extremely knowledgeable and diligent management team.
The department does not push unnecessary up-sales on the customer with repeat business and returning customers being the prime motivator.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting customers and scheduling services
* Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
* Maintain high standards of inventory management and parts ordering.

To be considered for the role, you must have a proven background in customer service – you will require Automotive experience within Aftersales and it will be your attention to detail and customer care that will set you apart.
