Contract: Permanent Location: Hybrid (Head Office: Quorum Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne) This is a hybrid working role, so you’ll need to be able to work from our Head Office 1-2 times per week Hours per week: 37 Salary: £45,000 - £49,000 depending on experience About the role We’re excited to be looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team, reporting into the Senior Finance Business Partner and supporting the Head of Financial Services to deliver high quality financial insight, management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across the organisation. This is a key business partnering role, where you’ll act as a trusted advisor to budget holders and senior stakeholders, providing financial information, KPI reporting, and commercial decision support. How you’ll make an impact: Partner with budget holders to deliver financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Lead the preparation of departmental monthly management accounts, financial reporting, and cash flow forecasts Develop insight led business cases, financial models, and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions Produce and analyse KPIs, performance metrics, and commercial insights to drive efficiency and cost control Provide financial analysis and decision support to non-finance stakeholders Collaborate across teams to ensure aligned business planning and performance monitoring Support continuous improvement, financial governance, and innovation initiatives We’d love to hear from you if you offer the following: An accountancy qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA) Experience in producing monthly accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Proven business partnering experience, working with and influencing stakeholders Proficient in Excel and other commonly used Microsoft Office applications Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail with good analytical skills Self-starter with a strong work ethic, able to work on own initiative and adapt to changing requirements Ability to work in a fast-moving environment, providing accurate and timely information to a high standard while working effectively with non-finance colleagues.
