Job Description

3. Coordinate and oversee event logistics, including scheduling and resource allocation.
4. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to event planning and execution.
5. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and providing updates.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of events.
7. Assist in budget management and ensure cost-effective solutions for events.
8. Support the preparation of event materials, including signage, seating plans, and itineraries.
9. Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
10. Provide post-event reports and feedback to improve future planning processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Event Administrator should have:

11. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage various aspects of event planning.
12. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
