Job Description
Senior Contract Support / Administration Manager
City of London
About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior Contract Support to take ownership of our contract support capability and elevate the way we support bids, sales activity, and live contracts across the business.
This role sits at the heart of our commercial operation. You’ll lead a team of contract professionals, bring structure and discipline to contract governance, and ensure data, pricing, and cost assumptions are robust from the earliest bid stage through mobilisation and beyond.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading, developing, and mentoring a team of Contract Administrators, creating a high-performing and confident function
* Acting as the senior point of contact for complex contract and commercial queries
* Bringing rigour and consistency to contract reviews, tracking, and compliance
* Improving how we work by mapping processes, embedding standard ways of working, and driving continuous improvement
* Partnering closely with Sales and Bidding teams to support new opportunities
* Overseeing asset, data, and pricing inputs for tenders, ensuring accuracy and commercial credibility
* Supporting mobilisation by ensuring bid data is structured, clean, and ready for live delivery
* Engaging early with specialist subcontractors to define scope, understand cost drivers, and support negotiations
* Building and maintaining detailed Excel-based cost and pricing models
* Ensuring contract and asset data remains accurate and reliable across CAFM and related systems.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be someone who combines commercial awareness with attention to detail, and who enjoys leading people as much as working with data.
You’ll likely have:
* Experience in a senior contract support, commercial support, or contract management role
* A proven track record of managing and developing a team
* Strong involvement in bid support, pricing, and cost modelling
* Advanced Excel capability and confidence working with complex data
* Experience working with subcontractors and supporting cost negotiations
* A solid understanding of contract governance, reviews, and compliance
* Familiarity with CAFM systems and asset or contract data management
Why Join Us?
* You’ll have real influence over how contract support and governance operate
* You’ll shape and develop a function, not just inherit one
* You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across sales, commercial, and operations
* You’ll be trusted to improve processes and make things better
* You’ll receive a competitive salary and benefits package
