We have an exciting opportunity for an
Entry Level Account Intelligence Specialist
to join our Digital Media team in the UK.
This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual looking to start a career in sales. You'll support our sales efforts through research, data management, and lead generation, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
Data Entry and Management
* Accurately input and maintain customer and prospect data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
* Ensure accuracy and consistency across all platforms
Customer and Account Research
* Research contacts within target accounts using online resources (LinkedIn, Google, ZoomInfo)
* Identify key decision-makers and personas to support SDR and marketing targeting
* Gather company information (industry, size, turnover, etc.)
CRM Management
* Maintain and update CRM records
* Input gathered data and contact details into the system
* Use reports and dashboards to track performance
Lead Generation Support
* Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach
* Use LinkedIn and company websites for prospecting
* Build and maintain targeted prospect lists
Sales & Marketing Support
* Provide intelligence to support the sales team
* Deliver administrative support as needed
* Identify target contacts for marketing campaigns
* Use tools such as ZoomInfo for contact acquisition
Communication
* Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
* Assist with initial outreach via email or phone
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
* Strong interest in sales and business development
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
* Experience with LinkedIn, Google, and ZoomInfo desirable
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Proactive and results-driven attitude
