As Head of New Business, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Cox Automotive. You’ll lead a talented team of field and desk-based sales professionals, working across multiple channels (Fleet, OEM, Dealer) to deliver commercial success.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead & Inspire : Coach and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed ambitious revenue targets.
Strategic Growth : Develop and execute tactical sales plans across regional, central, and specialist teams.
Market Expansion : Identify and activate new business opportunities, including industrial and public sector channels.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work with marketing, product, and finance to align sales actions with business goals.
Drive Performance : Use data-driven insights to forecast, report, and optimize sales performance.
Shape the Future : Contribute to product development and innovation through customer insights and feedback.
Deliver against a long-range plan of £80M GTV, £5M revenue, and £3M EBITDA by 2028.
Build a central sales function generating 10,000+ auction units annually .
Lead a regional team exceeding £750K per-person annual quotas .
Support growth across all Cox Automotive business units.
What You Bring
Proven success in B2B sales leadership, with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
Experience managing field and desk-based teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to interpret financial data to inform decisions.
Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
A flexible, collaborative mindset and a willingness to travel.
