Both experienced teachers and ECTs are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities of the Primary Teacher: Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the EYFS–KS2 national curriculum. Differentiate learning to meet the needs of pupils with a variety of abilities. Create an inclusive and positive classroom environment. Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback to pupils and parents. Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to raise achievement. Requirements for the Primary Teacher role: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (placements considered for ECTs). Strong classroom management and communication skills. Passion for teaching and supporting pupil development. An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
