This Monday–Thursday role involves regular travel with overnight stays (typically four nights/week).

What Youll Do Lead and supervise Solar PV installation teams on site Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met Deliver toolbox talks and manage RAMS/CPPs Liaise with clients and Operations Carry out QA inspections, snagging, and final sign-off Support AC/DC coordination and commissioning What Youll Need Proven Solar PV installation experience and team leadership Knowledge of flat, pitched, and trapezoidal steel roofs Skilled in panel layout, string design, MC4 crimping, DC terminations, fault finding, and testing Confident working at height with a strong safety record CSCS, Working at Height, IPAF, Harness, Manual Handling, xjlbheb Asbestos Awareness Full UK driving licence Perks & Benefits Permanent Monday–Thursday role, stable national projects £30/night allowance, fully expensed accommodation Company van and fuel provided Support from a well-established Warrington-based head office Apply now with your CV or call Louis Lord on
