Role Overview


Albany Beck is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Change & Transformation practice, supporting one of our leading London Market insurance clients on a strategic Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) transformation programme. As an Albany Beck consultant, you will be embedded within the client organisation and play a key role in delivering regulatory-driven change initiatives designed to strengthen Third Party Risk Management capabilities and ensure compliance with key regulatory frameworks including PRA SS2/21, EBA requirements, CBI expectations and DORA.


Working alongside senior programme stakeholders, you will take ownership of multiple workstreams, driving delivery, managing stakeholders, coordinating SMEs and ensuring new capabilities, processes and tooling are successfully embedded into BAU operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join Albany Beck and work with a leading London Market insurer on a business-critical transformation programme, delivering meaningful regulatory change within a complex Financial Services environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the delivery of multiple TPRM workstreams across the wider programme.
  • Develop and maintain realistic project plans, tracking progress and managing delivery milestones.
  • Re-plan activities where required to ensure programme objectives remain on track.
  • Mobilise and coordinate business SMEs, technology teams and key stakeholders.
  • Identify, manage and escalate risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Support governance activities including status reporting, RAID management and programme updates.
  • Drive procurement and RFP activities for the selection of new tools, platforms and systems where required.
  • Coordinate implementation activities across people, process and technology workstreams.
  • Ensure new capabilities are successfully transitioned into BAU teams.
  • Support the delivery of remediation plans designed to achieve Minimum Viable Compliance (MVC) against regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of a sustainable and embedded Third Party Risk Management capability across the organisation.


Required Experience


Essential

  • 3+ years' Project Management experience within Financial Services.
  • Previous experience delivering regulatory or risk-focused change initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to manage RAID logs, governance forums and programme reporting.
  • Highly organised with strong planning and execution capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of delivery outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and delivery-focused mindset.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across business and technology functions.


Highly Desirable

  • London Market Insurance experience.
  • Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) experience.
  • Procurement transformation or supplier management project experience.
  • Experience delivering projects aligned to PRA SS2/21 requirements.
  • Experience supporting DORA, Operational Resilience or Outsourcing regulatory programmes.
