Founded in 2017, Vitae Health Systems is one of the largest providers of internal medicine and behavioral health services to the residents of Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities. Headquartered in Chicago, IL, we currently operate in over 10 states and are rapidly expanding throughout the USA.
Position
As we continue to grow, we are looking for part-time and full-time licensed clinical social workers to work with the geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting.
Responsibilities
Provide psychotherapy and support to geriatric patients within Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living facilities as part of Vitae Health Systems teams.

Qualifications
•Hold an active and unrestricted LCSW in the state.
•Hold a master’s degree in social work.
